Mid-Iowa Community Action (MICA) is the Community Action agency serving the Marshall County area. MICA administers the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) and assistance with utility costs. They also administer the Ministerial Funds for the Iowa Falls and Alden areas.
