Marshall County Assessor’s office is the one who accepts the requests for combinations. To assist the taxpayer, we have created this Parcel Combination form to be filled out. Please return this to the Assessor's Office to have the combination considered.
If you are within the city limits of Marshalltown, please double-check with the City of Marshalltown that they agree with the combination of parcels you are requesting and contact Clayton at cender@marshalltown-ia.gov to make sure.
This Change Mailing Address form is to change your mailing address for all correspondence with the Marshall County Assessor, Auditor, and Treasurer's offices. Please fill this out if you would like your mailing address updated from what is on our records. If we do receive mail back from the post office stating to mail to a different address, we will update it to what the post office states.
